Six months ago, we went to Ayurvedic Doctor Dimpleji for consultation. Besides prescribing various Ayurvedic Herbs, she has been giving us various other Ayurvedic therapies, which has resulted in improving our health. Celeste Heike2024-02-13When I moved to Albuquerque I was excited to be close to the Ayurvedic Institute. But shortly after I arrived they announced they were relocating to Asheville, NC. Fortunately, Dimple stayed in Albuquerque and I am so glad she did. I saw her for a health consultation to start. She is extremely thorough and will ask you many questions about your general health! Then she’ll make recommendations based on the assessment such as yogic practices, herbal treatments and dietary recommendations. We’ve also done some of the treatments such as shirodara and abhyanga massage. All of the treatments have been amazing and Dimple is very attentive and makes sure you are comfortable and informed every step of the way. My asthma condition has improved as well as my anxiety. You do need to take your medicines as directed for them to be effective. Ayurveda is a lifestyle adjustment, but if you do the work, you will feel much better. I highly recommend Dimple.

L S2023-12-13I was referred to Dr Dimple Seth by my Acupuncturist. I have a form of rheumatism that affects my shoulders neck arms back hips and legs. I had the Shirodhara treatment and a massage the first 2 treatments. Wow! It was incredible. I felt completely pain free after my treatments and more centered and calm then I had felt in a long time. The massage was absolutely one of the best I’ve had. She has the perfect touch and was able to find and work with areas that were in need without using a heavy hand. The last treatment I did is called Kati-Basti (dough dam basti) to help the painful and spastic nerves in my legs. That evening I had some different feelings in one of my legs. I wasn’t sure what was going on. It was there but not painful. The next day I was completely pain free and the sciatica and spasm were gone! I am not completely pain free a few weeks after having received the last treatment but I am definitely much better with nerve pain and look forward to my next treatments. This form of medicinal care is working and I’m so grateful to have Dimple as a part of my natural healthcare team!
